Nichola has over a decade of online communications experience at a number of large blue-chips including PRNewswire and Yahoo! where she spent four years as Head of UK Commercial Search Partnerships; leaving in 2009 to found theMediaFlow.

theMediaFlow offer a range of online marketing services, including conversion rate optimisation, social media marketing and SEO; and Nichola also blogs about these topics for SEO-Chicks and theMediaFlow.
